This is a very easy and delicious recipe fromJulia - a good friend of mine who has 4 children and always has a smile on her face!!! I don't know how she does it, but she is a pure joy to be around.
3 pound brisket - fat trimmed
1/3 bottle ofWicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce2 onions, sliced
4-6 cups of apple juice
Cook on low for 9-11 hours. Enjoy!
