Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

3/4 cup Wildtree Honey Mustard (not the vinaigrette)
3/4 cup Wildtree Teriyaki Sauce (or Ponzu Sauce if you're lucky to still have some of that delicious retired item)
2 tsp Widltree Garlic Galore Blend

Combine all in a resealable plastic bag and add pork. Marinate 6 hours or overnight. Grill or oven cook to your liking.

Moroccan Chipotle Chicken

INGREDIENTS: 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 1 tablespoon Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub 2/3 cup orange juice 1/2 cup Wildtree Moroccan Grilling Sauce 1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil PREPARATION: Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness. Pat dry and season with the Chipotle Lime Rub. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and Moroccan Grilling Sauce. Heat the Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for approximately 10 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside to rest. Add the Moroccan Sauce-orange juice mixture to the skillet and simmer until thick and syrupy. Pour the glaze over the chicken.

Perfect Summertime Menu

Pulled Chicken Sandwich
Serves 8

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
Hot pepper sauce to taste
8 large rolls
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a heavy pot with the onion, garlic and just enough water to cover (about 1–1/2 cups). Add the Burger & Rib Sauce, vinegar and a few drops hot sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the sauce and shred with two forks. Boil the sauce, skimming occasionally, until reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shredded chicken and heat through. Spoon the mixture onto the rolls and serve.

Guacamole Salad
 Serves 8
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
2 small tomatoes, diced
1⁄2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
2 avocados, diced
Whisk together vinegar, water, oil, and Guacamole Seasoning in a small bowl. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomato, onion and cucumber with dressing. Gently toss in the avocado being careful not to break it up.
Grilled Corn with Chipotle Lime Butter
Serves 8
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons Chipotle Lime Blend
1 teaspoon lime juice
8 ears of corn, husked

In a small bowl, combine butter, Chipotle Lime Blend and lime juice and set aside. Lay the ears of corn directly on a grill over very hot coals. Grill turning to brown them evenly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Spread butter on grilled corn and serve.

Dean Foods pulls bait-and-switch on 'organic' Silk soymilk

Until early 2009, Silk brand soy milk was made using organic soybeans. But, Dean Foods (owner of the Silk brand) quietly switched to conventional soybeans, which are often grown with pesticides. They kept the same UPC barcodes on their products, and they kept the product label virtually the same, only replacing the word "organic" with "natural" in a way that was barely noticeable. They also kept the price the same, charging consumers "organic" prices for a product that was now suddenly made with conventionally-grown soybeans. Please click below to read the full article. Long Distance Discounts?

I was recently asked by Amy this question... If I join your culinary club, and live out of state are your specials still good? I am looking for products, but maybe I would be better locally, however I LOVE this site and all the information here. And my answer is... Yes! If you do not live local my specials still apply so contact me to join my Culinary Club. And please let me know where you live as I might have a local rep who can help you out. I LOVE hearing from you on my blog - so please keep the questions & comments coming. If you have a special request for a recipe made the Wildtree way (meaning we swap out the unhealthy products for clean ones), or if you would like to know more about a certain topic, such as why is High Fructose Corn Syrup so bad for you when it's just made from corn...just ask!
